Our seitan wings have been a menu favourite since day one. Just like our awesome guests, our wings have evolved over the years, adding sauces, changing names, mixing up sizing and plating. The latest update we've made to this dish is to change the name of the "spicy buffalo" sauce to "classic BBQ". We feel it more accurately represents the flavour of the sauce and leaves the potential for a more authentic buffalo-style sauce in the future.
