Our menu is available Tuesday to Sunday from 4pm to 9pm!
RISE ABOVE is an all vegan restaurant and bakery. We use only plant-based ingredients because we believe that it is possible to eat well without harming other species or our environment. Wherever you see milk, cheese, cream, or meat mentioned on our menu, this refers to a vegan version of that ingredient.
Items marked * can be made gluten free by request. An additional charge may apply. Though we make best efforts to prevent cross contamination, we are not a wheat-free facility and cannot guarantee that our food is safe for those with a severe gluten allergy. Sweet Chili Spring Rolls
Crispy spring rolls filled with housemade seitan sausage, red cabbage, carrots and green onion and seasoned with sesame oil, ginger and chili. Served with housemade sweet chili sauce.
Potato Wedges *
Crispy russet potato wedges served with chipotle aioli dipping sauce.
Wedges Supreme *
Our signature potato wedges smothered with refried black beans, housemade cheddar cheese sauce, and sour cream and topped with diced tomatoes and green onion. Upgrade your side to wedges supreme for $3!
Marinated cremini mushrooms stuffed with housemade dill cashew cheese and topped with sunflower seed pesto.

Killer Crunch Wrap
Layers of cheddar cheese, refried black beans, chopped romaine, tomatoes, taco sauce, sour cream and a crispy tostada shell, folded inside a flour tortilla.
Crispy Seitan Wrap
Crispy and tender seitan dumplings with red onion, lettuce, tomato, and lemon garlic aioli in a flour tortilla. Add classic BBQ sauce for $1.
Beet Burger *
A beet and lentil burger served on a housemade bun and topped with caramelized onions, arugula, and creamy housemade blue cheese dressing. Make it gluten free for $2.
Shaved seitan, roasted peppers, mushrooms and caramelized onions smothered in gravy on a toasted housemade baguette and topped with cashew mozzarella and zesty dijon aioli.
Pesto Grilled Cheese *
Buttered and toasted housemade multigrain bread topped with creamy cashew mozzarella, roasted red peppers and sunflower seed and basil pesto.
We brought the Hammer to the Garden City! Housemade pizza dough stuffed with marinara sauce, cashew mozzarella, seitan pepperoni and mushrooms. Add marinara on the side for $1

Macaroni noodles tossed in a creamy cashew cheddar sauce and topped with a buttery broccoli crumb.
Sesame Ginger Noodle Bowl
Rice noodles, broccoli, bok choy, and grilled tofu, tossed in a sesame ginger sauce and topped with fresh slaw and toasted sesame seeds.
Sweet Potato Harvest Bowl *
Grilled seitan, roasted pears and garlic sautéed kale on a bed of creamy mashed sweet potatoes and topped with a sweet and savoury pear chutney and toasted pumpkin seeds. Sub grilled tofu for grilled seitan to make it GF.
