Mission
Our mission is to demonstrate to our community that it is possible to have a high quality restaurant experience without the use of any animal products. This is important to us because we believe that the elimination of animal products from our diets will result in a reduction to the pain and suffering experienced by animals, and will make our diets more environmentally sustainable. We strive to provide a diverse selection of food choices so that there are many things that would appeal to many people. We hope that if customers enjoy eating at Rise Above, they will realize that going vegan does not mean sacrificing the variety or quality of the food they eat.
