Our Lunch & Dinner menu is available Tuesday to Saturday. It is not available during Sunday Brunch service!
RISE ABOVE is an all vegan restaurant and bakery. We use only plant-based ingredients because we believe that it is possible to eat well without harming other species or our environment. Wherever you see milk, cheese, cream, or meat mentioned on our menu, this refers to a vegan version of that ingredient.
Items marked * can be made gluten free by request. An additional charge may apply. Though we make best efforts to prevent cross contamination, we are not a wheat-free facility and cannot guarantee that our food is safe for those with a severe gluten allergy. A crispy cornflour crusted seitan burger topped with chipotle aioli, fresh slaw, romaine, sweet pickles, and maple syrup on a sesame seed bun.
Crispy Seitan Wrap
Crispy and tender seitan dumplings with red onion, lettuce, tomato, and lemon garlic aioli in a flour tortilla. Add classic BBQ sauce for $1.
Killer Crunch Wrap
Layers of cheddar cheese, refried black beans, chopped romaine, tomatoes, taco sauce, sour cream and a crispy tostada shell, folded inside a flour tortilla.
Pesto Grilled Cheese *
Housemade cashew mozzarella cheese, with spinach basil pesto and roasted red peppers, on buttered and grilled whole wheat bread. Make it gluten free for $1.

Chickpea meatballs nestled in housemade marinara and smothered in creamy cashew mozzarella, on a toasted garlic baguette.
