Our Lunch & Dinner menu is available Tuesday to Saturday. It is not available during Sunday Brunch service!
RISE ABOVE is an all vegan restaurant and bakery. We use only plant-based ingredients because we believe that it is possible to eat well without harming other species or our environment. Wherever you see milk, cheese, cream, or meat mentioned on our menu, this refers to a vegan version of that ingredient.
Items marked * can be made gluten free by request. An additional charge may apply. Though we make best efforts to prevent cross contamination, we are not a wheat-free facility and cannot guarantee that our food is safe for those with a severe gluten allergy. A mushroom lentil patty topped with cashew cheddar, smokey tempeh, crispy jalapenos, romaine & crunchy onion rings on a sesame seed bun. Make it gluten free for $2.
Crispy Seitan Wrap
Crispy and tender seitan dumplings with red onion, lettuce, tomato, and lemon garlic aioli in a flour tortilla. Add buffalo sauce for $1.
Killer Crunch Wrap
Layers of cheddar cheese, refried black beans, chopped romaine, tomatoes, taco sauce, sour cream and a crispy tostada shell, folded inside a flour tortilla.
Pesto Grilled Cheese *

Rice noodles, broccoli, bok choy, and grilled tofu, tossed in a sesame ginger sauce and topped with a fresh colourful slaw and toasted sesame seeds.
Watermelon Poke Bowl
Marinated watermelon, seaweed, cucumber, radish and avocado served on seasoned rice and topped with sambal mayo, sesame seeds, green onion and cilantro.
Blackened Seitan Bowl
Blackened seitan cutlet with beer-braised greens and a corn and lima bean succotash, served on a bed of creamy grits, and topped with mango avocado salsa.
Grilled peaches, oven dried tomatoes, roasted corn, shallots, zucchini, and fresh herbs on a bed of cashew cream in a housemade pie shell. Served with mixed greens.
Corn tortillas stuffed with adobo braised sofritas, black beans and peppers, and baked in salsa verde. Served with sour cream, shredded lettuce, refried black beans and rice.
