Our Lunch & Dinner menu is available Tuesday to Saturday. It is not available during Sunday Brunch service!
RISE ABOVE is an all vegan restaurant and bakery. We use only plant-based ingredients because we believe that it is possible to eat well without harming other species or our environment. Wherever you see milk, cheese, cream, or meat mentioned on our menu, this refers to a vegan version of that ingredient.
Items marked * can be made gluten free by request. An additional charge may apply. Though we make best efforts to prevent cross contamination, we are not a wheat-free facility and cannot guarantee that our food is safe for those with a severe gluten allergy. Crispy cornflour-coated asparagus served with housemade ranch dip.
Dehydrated cremini mushrooms, stuffed with housemade cashew cheese and sunflower seed pesto.
Potato wedges topped with refried black beans, housemade cheddar sauce, sour cream, diced tomato, and fresh green onions.
Tender and crispy seitan nuggets tossed in your choice of sauce: spicy buffalo, maple garlic, or sriracha lime. Served with veggie sticks and lemon garlic aioli.

Thinly sliced apples, smoky tempeh bacon, and housemade cashew cheddar cheese, on buttered and grilled whole wheat bread. Make it gluten-free for $1.
Crispy Seitan Wrap
Crispy and tender seitan dumplings with red onion, lettuce, tomato, and lemon garlic aioli in a flour tortilla. Add BBQ sauce for $1.
Killer Crunch Wrap
Layers of cheddar cheese, refried black beans, chopped romaine, tomatoes, taco sauce, sour cream and a crispy tostada shell, folded inside a flour tortilla.
High Rise Burger *
Two mushroom chickpea patties on a fresh bun, topped with a creamy burger sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Make it gluten-free for $2.
Beet Burger *
A beet and lentil burger served on a housemade bun, with caramelized onions, arugula, and creamy blue cheese dressing. Make it gluten-free for $2.

Grilled seitan, black beans, avocado, housemade cheese curds, coconut bacon, tomato, and green onion, on a bed of shredded romaine and topped with housemade ranch.
Roasted Miso Bowl
Roasted cauliflower and butternut squash, served with shredded cabbage and kale on brown rice, topped with a creamy miso tahini dressing and crispy chickpeas.
Penne Salsiccia *
Penne noodles tossed with peppers and onions in a fresh spinach basil pesto, served on a bed of cashew cream, and topped with housemade italian sausage.
Mushroom & Leek Tart
An ancient grain tart shell filled with a medley of roasted mushrooms, butter-braised leeks, millet, and herbed cashew cream. Served with mixed greens.
Housemade vegetable lasagna stuffed with layers of tofu ricotta, cashew cheese, grilled zucchini, and marinara. Served with garlic toast and mixed greens.
