Our Lunch & Dinner menu is available Tuesday to Saturday. It is not available during Sunday Brunch service!
RISE ABOVE is an all vegan restaurant and bakery. We use only plant-based ingredients because we believe that it is possible to eat well without harming other species or our environment. Wherever you see milk, cheese, cream, or meat mentioned on our menu, this refers to a vegan version of that ingredient.
Items marked * can be made gluten free by request. An additional charge may apply. Though we make best efforts to prevent cross contamination, we are not a wheat-free facility and cannot guarantee that our food is safe for those with a severe gluten allergy. Crispy chickpea polenta fritters, served with housemade marinara and a fresh lemon wedge.

Thinly sliced housemade seitan deli meat stacked with smokey tempeh bacon, fresh tomato, lettuce and lemon garlic aioli on toasted housemade whole wheat bread.
Pesto Grilled Cheese *
Housemade cashew mozzarella cheese, with spinach basil pesto and roasted red peppers, on buttered and grilled whole wheat bread. Make it gluten-free for $1.
Crispy Seitan Wrap
Crispy and tender seitan dumplings with red onion, lettuce, tomato, and lemon garlic aioli in a flour tortilla. Add buffalo sauce for $1.
Killer Crunch Wrap
Layers of cheddar cheese, refried black beans, chopped romaine, tomatoes, taco sauce, sour cream and a crispy tostada shell, folded inside a flour tortilla.
High Rise Burger *
Two mushroom chickpea patties on a fresh bun, topped with a creamy burger sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Make it gluten-free for $2.
Sweet Potato Burger *
A sweet potato and black bean patty, topped with sour cream, romaine, and a corn and jalapeno guacamole, on a housemade whole wheat bun. Make it gluten-free for $2.

Peanut Tempeh Bowl
Marinated tempeh, avocado, bell pepper, cabbage, kale, and carrots, served on brown rice, and topped with sweet and tangy peanut sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions.
Penne Salsiccia *
Penne noodles tossed with peppers and onions in a fresh spinach basil pesto, served on a bed of cashew cream, and topped with housemade italian sausage.
Curried Cauliflower Tacos
Curried cauliflower, spiced chickpeas, tahini sauce, and crispy jalapeños in three corn tortillas, topped with a spicy zhug sauce. Served with saffron rice and refriend lentils.
Housemade vegetable lasagna stuffed with layers of tofu ricotta, cashew cheese, grilled zucchini, and marinara. Served with garlic toast and mixed greens.
